Thursday, September 12: Pre-Test for TKD students. Level Up Strength Day for KB members.
Friday, September 13: Black Club Members Weapons Training from 6:30 to 7:00 pm. TKD competition Training from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. AMRAP Day for KB members.
Friday, September 20: Grading Day; Time: 5:30 pm Early Skill, 6:00 pm Basic Skill,6:30 pm Core Skill, 7:30 pm Extreme Skill.
Sunday, September 29: 2020 Ontario Winter Games Training Camp. Registration deadline Sept 12.
Saturday, October 5: Red Dawn In-School Fall Tournament.

An unhealthy lifestyle is one of the main factors for the emergence of chronic disease. And interpersonal relationships are an especially important part of developing a healthy lifestyle.
With increasingly busy schedules and so much of our lives spent looking at screens, it can be a challenge to nourish personal relationships sometimes. This week, spend some quality time with someone in your life who lifts you up and makes you feel good. You’ll both be better for it.
Having good people in your life is not something to take for granted. Tell someone you love how much you appreciate them. Send them a card, write them an email, or call them on the phone. Positive personal connections are among the most consistent indicators of health.
