Your thoughts and emotions are powerful. They can impact your state of mind and your overall health. They can make you feel moody, tense, upset, or depressed. Stress is a particularly potent emotion that can have a detrimental effect on the body.
Stress can cause disease in the body. This week, try one of these strategies to deal with stress, or use your own stress-relief technique: Prayer or affirmations, Breathing exercises, Gratitude or Laughter
Certain herbs have a calming effect on the body when ingested or even smelled. Consider adding some of these herbs (Ashwagandha, Tulsi, Nervine herbs, Lemon Balm) to your diet this week.
