Monday, July 8: TKD Students will be working on their ORANGE SKILL STRIPE. AMRAP Day for KB members

Tuesday, July 2: TKD Students will be working on their Self-Defence, Kickboxing Combos and Sparring. Level Up Strength Day for KB members.

Wednesday, July 3: TKD Students will be working on their ORANGE SKILL STRIPE. Level Up Core & Yoga Day for KB members.

Thursday, July 4: TKD Students will be working on their Self-Defence, Kickboxing Combos and Sparring. Complex Day for KB members​.

Friday, July 5: Black Club Members Weapons Training from 6:30 to 7:00 pm. TKD competition Training from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Level Up Strength Day for KB members.

Upcoming Events

Friday, July 19:Black Belt Grading starts at 6 pm. The following students will be grading for their 1st Degree Black Belt; Amy Tan, Pranavi Bandaru, Pareena Virk, William Braga, and Isabella Tinamisan grading for 2nd Degree Black Belt. All students are invited to come watch the grading.

Saturday, September 14: 2019 GUELPH OPEN. Registration deadline August 24.

Friday, September 20: Grading Day; Time: 5:30 pm Early Skill, 6:00 pm Basic Skill, 6:30 pm Core Skill, 7:30 pm Extreme Skill.

Wellness Tip

Mindfulness is an important way to keep your brain healthy by steadying it and fortifying yourself against anxiety, stress, depression, and reactivity.

Studies have shown that stress reduction techniques are not only good for your mental health but your physical health too. This week, practice a mindfulness activity like meditation for at least five minutes a day to steady your brain and refocus on the present moment.

This week, get out and smell the roses. Take a walk and allow yourself to become aware of each step and breath. Then, take the time to notice your surroundings and connect with the natural world. Use all five senses, and discover life as it truly is in the present moment.
