Stock your fridge with fresh fruit and vegetables.
Because of the fibre in fruits and vegetables, their natural sugars won’t spike your blood sugar and damage your bodily systems the way artificial sweeteners do. Stock up on fruit and remove any sugar-containing treats from your pantry so you aren’t tempted.
Eat at least one serving of fruit per day.
Instead of reaching for cookies, candy, and sweets for snacks, try an apple, pear, or a handful of berries.
